If you’re looking for easy weeknight suppers that’ll feed the whole family, then hopefully you’re going to love my latest round of recipes I’ve done for Parentdish. I created them with Bonfire Night and Halloween in mind, coming in from a chilly evening out and about to a delicious warm pot of good food.
Warming sausage casserole
Packed with sausages, tasty veg and chickpeas, this is a versatile stew that you can chop and change depending on what you’ve got knocking about in your fridge and storecupboard. Get the recipe here>>>
Honey mustard glazed sausage bake
Tasty bangers tossed in honey and mustard and roasted in a pot with butternut squash, mini spuds and chunks of pepper. It’s a super easy meal that you can plonk in the middle of the table with a crusty loaf of bread and just let everyone get stuck into. Get the recipe here>>>
Pumpkin risotto
This pumpkin supper is based on my super easy baked risotto which means no slaving over a stove, you just sling it in the oven and let it do its own thing. It’s ultra comforting and fills up the hungriest of tums – even my giant vegetarian husband! I froze this batch all down into single size portions which he takes to work for his lunch.
