Win hamper of Welsh artisan food on feedingboys.co.uk To celebrate all things Welsh on St David’s Day, Feeding Boys is giving one of you lucky lot the chance to win this hamper packed with delicious artisan food.

The Prize

This uniquely Welsh hamper is filled with a warming selection of Welsh favourites, with Anglesey spiced brandy, and chilli infused honey, this is not for the faint-hearted! You’ll also find an array of Bodnant classics, including delicious homemade Bara Brith and famous Aberwen cheese.

The Welsh Artisan Hamper includes:

Welsh liqueur, Gwynt-y-Ddraig Farmhouse, Vintage Welsh Cider, Ethiopian Coffee, Parsons Laverbread, Chilli infused honey, Pant Glas Raspberry & Vanilla Jam Best of Summer Fruits Coulis (275 g), Patch Paté Iau Cyw Iar – Chicken liver paté with apple and Welsh cider (90g), Welsh Special Double Dragon Mustard, Hal Mon Garlic Mini Kilner (15g), Bodnant Bara Brith, Bodnant Mature Aberwen Cheese, Ship’s Savoury Biscuits, Selection of Artisan Chocolate. Presented in a large Fluted Tray with wrap and bow.

    I went to Uni in Wales, so I love loads of their foods – since I also enjoy good cake I’m partial to a good Welsh cake and a spot of Bara Brith. I never went as far as having lava bread though – seaweed for breakfast??!

    It’s the cheeses for me. Wales has a great range, especially of goat’s cheeses. They’re a little hard to find round these parts but I always snap them up when I see them.

    Its locally made and produced in Wales…its a wonderful place to grow products with all that rain and fresh air and a sun of course…no polution to affect the food in any way and the Welsh people take such a pride in the variety of products they produce, so as a customer I can have confidence that what I buy is their best…Welsh lamb is a real favourite with me you can taste the countryside if you just close your eyes while eating and have a good imagination

    Living in Wales gives easy access to all wonderful Welsh foods however my favourite is Lava Bread and Cockles. Not for breakfast though, I have them occasionally for tea. Also I make Welsh cakes using my late mother-in-law’s recipe – delicious.

    I live in Wales and the best thing about the food is the freshness of produce ranging from seafood, to meat, to dairy and lovely vegetables. We are spoiled for choice.

    It’s a taste of home. Salivating over the idea of homemade Bara Brith and Laverbread. Living in London and can’t get the same depth of flavour when I make Bara Brith here with non-Welsh ingredients.

    Being welsh I love the amazing flavour from the locally sourced food. We have some wonderful organic farmers who produce some amazing produce and things like honey
