Birds Eye Easter Bunny Beef Burger
If your kids have some friends coming for a playdate and you need a fun idea for a weeknight tea, you really should try my latest recipe for the Birds Eye Mix Up Your Menu campaign.

There’s not a great deal of cooking involved, it’s really just putting a few things in the oven, a bit of slicing and then a construction job. Easy right?!

Making this particular commercial was actually pretty daunting. If I’d had trouble stirring peas into a pan of bolognese convincingly enough, what on earth was I going to be like constructing a burger bunny?!

Well actually it wasn’t as calamitous as i’d anticipated, and it all ran pretty smoothly. Not even a gherkin eye slid off!

Let me know what you think of my latest creation! I hope you’re not all too traumatised by my appearance on daytime TV. Personally I dive for the door when it comes on!

I’m big on sweet potatoes right now so i’d use them to make the potato wedge ears. You could also add a dash of creamed horseradish to the mayo if you want your bunny to kick.

You can find out more about the campaign on the Birds Eye Website

Disclosure: I am working with Birds Eye to promote their Mix Up Your Menu campaign and will be sharing my ads and recipes over the coming months with you here in Feeding Boys.
