You can read my review here, but in a nutshell it’s a practical book of kid-friendly meal ideas and tips to give you some inspiration if you’re finding meal planning a bit of a chore.

    My new one is tortilla layer bake. Bit like a lasagne but made with Mexican flavours and layered with tortillas instead of pasta. Kids love lasagne but they were getting a bit fedup with it. Its a little different so i think thats why they like it.

    Any pasta bake made from scratch. Its a meal you can guarantee the kids will eat whether its a bak made with a sauce using tinned tomatoes or a bake made with white sauce and the bonus is you can always add extra veg
