Every month I receive a box of seasonal goodies from the very top notch Forman and Field courtesy of Knorr, and I also get to one give away to one of you lucky people out there.

As the nights are getting colder and darker, what could be better than a nice pot of Marco’s Boeuf Bourguignon simmering away on the stove wafting loveliness around your house?! Well that’s exactly what this month’s box will allow you to do. Here’s what you get if you win:

    I would make this fabulous dish for my new boyfriend- he is a chef, and we hardly get time to eat with each other at the weekend but we have a whole 2 weeks off together soon. His favourite meal is Boeuf Bourguignon but as its quite expensive to eat we havent made it yet. This would be a lovely treat and also prove to him that i can cook!

    The last time I had beef was when my brother John invited me for a meal. His was cooked to (rare) perfection but he boiled mine in the gravy because he thought that I’d like it well done. I’d love to show him my beef cooking skills.

    I would make it for my daughter – she has always been great at eating her fruit, veggies and carbs but refused to eat meat until recently. However she has suddenly decided that she loves any kind of stew or casserole I knock up in the slow cooker and I think that she would love this Boeuf Bourguignon.
