This is just a quickie, but if you’re looking for a lazy summer breakfast idea that’s going to fill you up but not pile on the pounds then you need to get a stash of these split yoghurts in your fridge.
Total Greek Yoghurt is such a hero product of mine – especially the 0% fat range. The split pots are so convenient to grab for a five minute breakfast when you’re pushed for time. Honey is my favourite, hotly followed by the new Raspberry and Pomegranate flavour. Great on their own, or if you need a bit of extra carbs of a morning then stir in a bit of muesli too.
With 145 calories and 0g fat in every 170g pot, it’s definitely swimsuit friendly – you’ll find them in Waitrose and Ocado.
