A refreshing summer cocktail blending rosé wine with frozen raspberries, ice and fresh mint

  • 200 g frozen raspberries
  • 300 ml dry rosé wine
  • 1 handful ice cubes
  • 2 sprigs fresh mint to garnish
  1. Pop the raspberries and wine into a powerful blender and blitz until smooth

  2. Add the ice a little at a time and blend until you achieve the consistency of a smooth slushie. The more ice you add the thicker it will be.

  3. Serve immediately in tall wine glasses with pretty straws and a sprig of fresh mint leaves

Recipe Notes

If you want to make things properly minty, add a few mint leaves into the blender with the raspberries and wine.
