Super fun and easy Easter Dessert idea to make with the kids
Pre-heat the oven to 220C/200C fan/gas 7. Roll out and stretch the pizza dough to form a rough circle and place on a floured baking sheet. Prick all over with a fork and bake for around 10 minutes on the top shelf until crisp and golden. Allow to cool
Spread the top with chocolate hazelnut spread. Slice the mini creme eggs in half lengthways through the middle seam, then dot around the pizza sunny side up!
Cut up your favourite fresh fruit and arrange around the halved eggs. Then grate some white chocolate over the top of everything. Carve it up with a pizza wheel and serve!
