I adore the aromas and flavours that fill the kitchen during the festive season, wafts of cinnamon, star anise and cloves have me reaching for the Christmas tunes on the stereo – even if it’s not even December yet!
So I thought I’d share this rather jolly infographic from Just Ingredients that gives the lowdown on how to make the most of all these wonderful herbs and spices this Christmas.
