Perfect Mother’s Day Gifts from Amara

March 9, 2017 by Katie Bryson 6 Comments

Amara.co.uk reviewed on feedingboys.co.uk

Whether you’re a mum wanting to drop some carefully curated hints, or you’re looking to buy a gift for your own mum this Mother’s Day, I’ve come across a brilliant website recently which is packed with all the stylish inspiration you could need! Amara.co.uk specialises in luxury homeware and boasts top notch brands like Ralph Lauren Home, Missoni and Georg Jensen.

You might think this means the products will be out of reach, however there are plenty of stylish wares available for under £25 which makes it the perfect place to look for Mother’s Day presents.

WHAT DID I PICK?

Robert Welch Malvern Cutlery Set from Amara.co.uk reviewed on feedingboys.co.uk

To get the full Amara experience, the website kindly sent me this beautiful Robert Welch Malvern Cutlery Set to review. I’ve somehow reached the grand old age of 42 and never had a proper grown-up set of cutlery, so this stunning set is something I’ve coveted for many years.

It arrived promptly, securely and beautifully packaged. Inside the classy black box is a 42 piece set of cutlery with:

  • 6 teaspoons
  • 6 dessert spoons
  • 6 soup spoons
  • 6 table knives
  • 6 table forks
  • 6 side knives
  • 6 side forks

Inspired by the contours of the Malvern Hills, the design flares softly to a curved base with a substantial feel to the handles that sits comfortably in the hand. Dishwasher safe, this set has been crafted from 18/10 stainless steel and knives are forged from specially hardened stainless steel for a fine cutting edge.

As well as looking sleek and stylish, the cutlery is so smooth and pleasing to hold. I’m so excited that at long last we can have posh cutlery to use when we next have people over for a meal, so we don’t have to resort to the jumble of day-to-day cutlery hastily retrieved out of the dishwasher. It really is a luxury gift for Mother’s Day at £142 – but us mums are worth it after all!

Check out Amara.co.uk for even more ideas for Mother’s Day gifts

Disclosure: I was kindly gifted the Robert Welch Malvern Cutlery Set. All views are my own and I was not instructed to write a positive review.
