Win: Chef DVD + Soundtrack

November 4, 2014 by Katie Bryson 84 Comments

Chef on DVD and Blu-Ray

Did you see the movie Chef over the summer? It stars Jon Favreau, Sofia Vergara, Robert Downey Jr and Scarlett Johansson and tells the story of a disgruntled chef who walks out of his stifling job at a swanky restaurant and goes on the road with a food truck.

I’d seen the trailers and wasn’t convinced it would be any good, but then I caught it on the plane flying home from our holiday in California, and ended up totally loving it – especially the fun and feel-good soundtrack.

Well Chef is out on DVD and Blu-Ray this week, and to celebrate I have some copies of both the film and the soundtrack to give away to two lucky Feeding Boys readers.

We don’t have a food truck here, I so wish there was one.
There used to be one that brought sandwiches and soup where I worked but it stopped coming round as it was too near the city centre and lots of restaurants.

It’s not technically a food “truck”, more a food boat! There is a little barge boat that moors at the side of the river Ouse in York, it specializes in vegetarian food and it is absolutely delicious! Also they do a beautiful coffee!
