Win Takeaways for a Year with JUST EAT Foody Forecaster

June 17, 2014 by Katie Bryson

We’re loving the World Cup in our house… we’re not a football family at all, but there’s really nothing like a global tournament for atmosphere and sofa-tastic evenings. We split into two and decide which team we’re going to support, sit on opposite sofas and pore over the boys’ sticker books to check out which players we’ve got. Love it. Also loving Thierry Henry on the BBC Couch…

Anyway i’m here to tell you how you can have even more fun with JUST EAT’s Foody Forecaster – the takeaway version of a world cup predictions game.

To enter you have to predict the results based on the team’s national dish, and I don’t mean how handsome the players are, but the food from their country. You might want to use your knowledge of the teams, but I think it’s far more fun to pick your favourite meal!!!

It’s definitely worth a look as there are also JUST EAT vouchers up for grabs every day, plus a grand prize of a year’s supply of takeaway for those getting involved – imagine how popular you’d be if you bagged that prize?!

Beautiful little book the audience were all given Beautiful little book the audience were all given at last night’s performance of #Here from @curious.monkey_ at @northern_stage. Such a powerful performance from the talented cast bringing together individual stories of what it means to seek sanctuary in the North East, the friendships that are forged and the spark of hope that refuses to be snuffed out. With the plight of refugees so visible right now, the timing of this performance was impeccable. #RefugeesWelcome #togetherwithrefugees🧡 #StoryCollectors
