Review: OXO Good Grips Salad Spinner

May 27, 2013 by Katie Bryson

OXO Good Grips salad spinner

I think OXO Good Grips is a fantastically well designed and practical range of products, so when they offered to send me their salad spinner I thought i’d make a video to show you what it’s like.

Arlo is a big fan of salad spinners, as it’s a kitchen task that he can take charge of. Watch how he got on with this model.

OXO Good Grips Salad Spinner: The lowdown

Cool Features:

  • Large capacity bowl – it can tackle plenty of leaves in one go
  • Non slip bottom – it stays put even when it’s spinning at top speed
  • Handle – stows away leaving the lid flush for easy storage
  • Brake button – once pressed instantly stops spinning

Overall verdict: Well designed, ultra practical and zero effort involved in using it

Price: RRP £26 – worth it in my opinion as so well designed and sturdy

Stockists: John Lewis, Lakeland, Amazon

WIN WIN WIN! I’m giving one of these salad spinners away, so click here to find out how you can enter the giveaway

Thanks to OXO Good Grips for sending me a salad spinner to try out. I was not paid to write this review and have offered my honest opinions about this product

My favourite salad is a Greek salad.

As always, Oxo has come up with a fab product.
The salad spinner is great (I had one from them before) but the mini herb spinner is just genius !

Such a powerful performance from the talented cast bringing together individual stories of what it means to seek sanctuary in the North East, the friendships that are forged and the spark of hope that refuses to be snuffed out. With the plight of refugees so visible right now, the timing of this performance was impeccable. #RefugeesWelcome #togetherwithrefugees🧡 #StoryCollectors
