    I am OBSESSED with making jam (my shelves of jars will attest)…
    My current favourite is rhubarb – sounds a bit odd, bur really delicious 🙂

    I got a jar from a small craft market in France it was lemon & ginger, ooo it was lovely. We went back to the same part of France the year after but sadly no more jam!

    So I guess I’d have to put blackcurrant as my favourite.

    Strawberry! Usually go and get lots when the farm does half price PYO, and make jam for the year 🙂

    ooh I love mixed jams – my great Nan used 2 make us mixed jams – u never knew wot u would get – from rhubarb and strawberry to gooseberry with apple – the one thing I do remember is they tasted simply divine on scones! yum yum xx

    I didn’t learn how to do it, I simply enjoyed the efforts made
    However, I would love to learn

    For a short time I worked as a ‘promotions lady’ and my first job was five hours a day, five days a week, for six weeks, giving out jam samples in a supermarket. I couldn’t stand the smell of jam for several years after that, but I’m recovered now and I am quite partial to blackcurrant jam 🙂

    I’ve been making my own jam for hte last year or two and my favourite has been the Tayberry jam we made this year. It was lush.

    I used to love guava jam, but I haven’t had it for so long, I don’t know if it would be quite the same! Otherwise, I just love the classic strawberry jam
