Jolly biscuits for the Diamond Jubilee
I rushed these cookies out last night with the other half of my iced gem cookie dough which I had in the freezer. I stamped out the shapes using Lakeland’s marvellous crown cookie cutters and decorated with simple royal icing dotted with patriotic coloured jelly belly sweeties.
They’re for the littlies on our jubilee camping weekend we’re about to embark on – crossing everything that it stays dry for us!
There may be a little gap until my next blog post so I just wanted to wish you all a very happy and fun Diamond Jubilee weekend whatever you’re doing.
