Favourite meal (despite having travelled and eaten in some lovely places) is at A La Mum and Dad’s …gorgeous Roast Rib of Beef with all the trimmings … not found a roast like it anywhere yet! Do really really fancy visiting Cornwall for some delicious seafood tho as you cannot beat freshly cooked Seafood and I am about as far from the sea as you can get!

My favourite meal would be one I’ve had right here at home! My most interesting one would be when we were in Olu Deniz in Turkey and we had a chicken casserole type thing cooked in a sealed clay pot that was broken open when it was served at our table. It seemed like an interesting ceremony and really enjoyable even though not my most favourite food.

My favourite meal was at my boyfriends house. He doesn’t normally cook, but made a green Thai curry and it was gorgeous.

Such a powerful performance from the talented cast bringing together individual stories of what it means to seek sanctuary in the North East, the friendships that are forged and the spark of hope that refuses to be snuffed out. With the plight of refugees so visible right now, the timing of this performance was impeccable. #RefugeesWelcome #togetherwithrefugees🧡 #StoryCollectors
