Always make my own gravy. My husband was a chef in a previous life…. I have to at least make the gravy
It varies from week to week – and sometimes with surprising results. My Lemonade Enhanced Chicken Gravy was a raging success!

I always make my own gra vy and, at Christmas, make stock from the turkey bits and celery and onion.
